Ingredients:
3/4 C. butter, softened
3/4 C. creamy peanut butter
3/4 C. sugar
3/4 C. packed brown sugar
2 t. water
2 eggs
1-1/2 t. vanilla
1-1/2 C. flour
1-1/2 C. quick-cooking oats
3/4 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
Glaze:
1-1/4 C. milk chocolate chips
1/2 C. butterscotch chips
1/2 C. creamy peanut butter
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter, sugars and water. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture.
Spread into a greased cookie sheet (15 x 10 x 1). Bake at 325 degrees for 18-22 minutes or until lightly browned. (Do not overcook or they will be dry)
For the glaze, in a microwave safe bowl, melt chips and peanut butter; pour it over the warms bars and spread it evenly. Cool completely before cutting.
