Bean Casserole

2 pints French style beans
1 can Water chestnuts- sliced
1 can Mushrooms
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese- grated

Sauce:
1 C. Whipping cream
1 C. Milk
1/4 C. Flour
1 cube Butter
Cook sauce until thickened.

Layer in a casserole dish:
Beans, water chestnuts, mushrooms. Repeat until gone. Put cheese on top and pour sauce over and mix very little.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
