Lemon Bars

Crust:
1 1/2 C. Flour
½½3/4 C. powdered sugar
Pinch salt
1 1/2 sticks Butter- softened


Combine flour, sugar and salt in bowl. Cut in the butter. Press into greased pan.
Bake at 350˚ for 20 minutes.

Filling:
4 Eggs-beaten
2 C. Sugar
1/4 C. Flour
8-10 T. Lemon juice

Mix together and pour over baked crust. Return to oven for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
