Peach Cobbler

3 large peaches sliced or 1 qt. canned, drained
Place peaches in an 8 inch pan and sprinkle with the following:
2/3 c. sugar
2 t. cinnamon
2 Tbs. flour
dot with 1 tbs. butter

Crust:
1 c. flour
6 Tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. oil
3 tsp. milk
1 egg

Spread evenly over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
