Ritz Chicken

2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tsp seasoned salt
3 t. parmesan cheese
plain yogurt or buttermilk
skinless chicken breasts

Mix crushed crackers with cheese and salt in a ziplock bag. Dip chicken in yogurt of buttermilk then in cracker mixture and shake until covered. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle remaining crumbs over chicken. Pour 1/4 c. melted butter over chicken. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
