Blondie Brownies

I went to Great Harvest and had a Blondie and have been craving them ever since! I found this recipe and it is pretty close!

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips (opt)
1 c. butterscotch chips or white chocolate chips (opt.) or any combination of those three.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter with sugars. Beat in eggs. Add cream and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Add chips and spread batter in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake 20 min or until toothpick comes out almost clean.
