2 C. Oatmeal
2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 1/2 C. Brown sugar
3 sticks Butter
1 pkg. Chocolate Chips
1 jar Mrs. Richardson butterscotch caramel
Cream butter and sugar together. Add flour, soda, and oatmeal. Press half the mixture into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes.
Pour chocolate chips and caramel over top and sprinkle with remaining mixture. Bake for 15 -20 minutes.
