Deep Dish Pie Crust

3 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 t. sugar
1/2-1/3 c. ice water
1 1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. chilled unsalted butter in small pieces

Put flour, salt and sugar in a food processor and mix with butter until it resembles crumbs. Add ice water in a slow steady stream until dough holds together about 30 seconds. If still crumbly add more water. Makes 2 crusts.
